The Ministry of Defense on February 5 marks 33 years of its establishment. Minister Anatolie Nosatyi said that the institution he leads is a national security pillar due to its dedicated team of professional people, who contribute to the stability and protection of the country every day, IPN reports.
Over the years, the institution faced challenges and underwent reforms, successfully adapting to the requirements of the times, said the minister. According to Anatolie Nosatyi, the people are the foundation of the success and progress of the Ministry of Defense. During 33 years, the institution has had highly qualified specialists. Through their knowledge and expertise, they contributed to working out key policy documents for the defense and security sectors of the Republic of Moldova.
"On the occasion of the Ministry of Defense’s Day, I congratulate the military and civilian employees, who, through tireless work and professionalism, contribute every day to the consolidation of national security," reads the minister's message.
