Minister Recean names new Police Department deputy head

Minister of the Interior Dorin Recean appointed Igor Gori as deputy head of the Police Department of the Ministry of the Interior. An order to this effect was made on December 28, Info-Prim Neo reports. The post of Police Department deputy head fell vacant after Ion Bodrug was named Deputy Minister of the Interior by a Government Decision on December 26. Igor Gori had served as first deputy head of the General Staff of the Carabineer Troops. He was born on January 20, 1974 in Jora de Mijloc village of Orhei district. He studied at the Police Academy “Alexandru Ioan Cuza” in Romania.
