May 8, which falls on a Monday, will be a nonworking day, but May 20, which falls on a Saturday, will be yet working day, instead of May 8. A draft decision to this effect, proposed by the Ministry of Labor, Social Protection and Family, was approved by the Cabinet on April 26.

Thus, the budget-funded employees will have a four-day vacation, from Saturday to Monday inclusive, during May 6-9.

The proposal to modify the working program is in accordance with the Labor Code, which provides that the Government has the right to transfer working days to other days.
