Milsami Orhei scored an important victory in the 22nd stage of the National Division. The team trained by Iurie Osipenco beat FC Tiraspol 1-0, IPN reports.
The only goal of the match played in Orhei was marked by the Romanian striker Cristi Bud in the 90th minute. Milsami returned to the first position in the National Division, being one point ahead of Dacia and Sheriff. “We will celebrate at the end of the championship. It is important to have what to celebrate,” Milsami coach Iurie Osipenco told a news conference.
“It’s a pity that we lost this game as we distanced ourselves more from the winner’s rostrum,” said the coach of FC Tiraspol Lilian Popescu.
The other two matches of the 22nd stage ended as follows: Zaria - Zimbru 0-1, and Dinamo-Auto - Academia 1-0.
