The creditors of Termocom Thursday had a closed-door meeting to which the heat supplier’s administration was not invited. The company’s director general Mihail Cernei wanted to attend the meeting, but the guard outside the building of the thermoelectric plant CET-1 did not allow him to enter, saying there was no meeting there.
“I did not receive an official invitation and wasn’t informed about the meeting, but somebody from Apa-Canal phoned me and asked me if I will take part in it. I’m sure that a meeting is taking place there, but I cannot go in,” Mihai Cernei told the reporters, quoted by Info-Prim Neo.
Mihai Cernei also said that the meeting was to take place on March 29, but it didn’t because the administrator of Termocom Dionisie Antocel announced that he went sick as he probably not wanted that the press attend the meeting. “I think they have a secret meeting. I don’t know what they can hide,” said Cernei.
Among the main companies that are members of the Creditors Committee are CET-1, CET-2, Apa-Canal Chisinau, Union Fenosa, Moldtranselectro, and Moldova-Gaz.
