Deputy Prime Minister Mihai Popșoi, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Moldova, congratulated Andrii Sybiha on his appointment as Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine during a telephone conversation. The chief of the Moldovan diplomatic service said that Moldova stands in solidarity with Ukraine and condemns the Russian Federation’s war of aggression, IPN reports, with reference to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
The officials discussed topical bilateral and multilateral agenda issues, especially regional security and the European integration of both states. At the end of the conversation, Mihai Popșoi invited Minister Andrii Sybiha to visit Chisinau, the MFA said.
