Mihai Ghimpu will sign Message of CIS Heads of State on 65th anniversary of victory over fascism

Moldova will sign the Message of the CIS Heads of State addressed to war veterans and persons who fought behind the fronts on the occasion of the 65th anniversary of the victory in the Second World War, Acting President Mihai Ghimpu said at a meeting with Russian Ambassador in Chisinau Valery Kuzmin on Friday morning, Info-Prim Neo reports, quoting the presidential press service. Valery Kuzmin informed Mihai Ghimpu about the final agenda of the informal summit of CIS heads of state that will take place in Moscow on May 8 and about the documents proposed for examination. Mihai Ghimpu confirmed he will be attending the summit. The two officials discussed the plan of activities that will be staged on May 9 in Moldova. Valery Kuzmin said the Russian Embassy will take part in all the events organized by the Moldovan authorities.
