Mihai Ghimpu offers apologies to employees of Scut regiment

Acting President Mihai Ghimpu apologized in the name of the country's administration to the officers of the patrol and sentinel regiment Scut for the unwise steps taken by the former governors during the violent events of April 7, 2009.
