Meeting of young politic leaders of Eastern Europe and Eurasia to take place in September in Chisinau

A meeting of young politic leaders of Eastern Europe and Eurasia will be organized during September 24-29, 2006 due to the contribution of the International Republican Institute, National Democratic Institute for International Affairs and the American Council of Young Political Leaders. The action will be sponsored by USAID and includes elaborating a program for youth and creating a forum, in order to facilitate a continuous instruction of professional development and settling intensive contacts with the participants and other politically active young persons. About 70 young political leaders from 6 Eastern European and Eurasian countries will participate at the event. They will be selected by the specialized personnel of the organizing institutions. They will select candidates aged 18-30 years, who are promoting interests of youth.
