Blood pressure monitors, glucometers with consumables, pulse oximeters, anti-bedsore mattresses, and vital signs monitors were delivered by IOM to the Timofei Moșneaga Clinical Hospital, thanks to the generous of the U.S. Department of State’s Bureau for Population, Refugees, and Migration.
In this way, IOM continues to support the healthcare system of Moldova, mitigating the effects of the humanitarian crisis in Ukraine and the influx of refugees in our country.
“Thanks to this donation, Ukrainian refugees, migrants and Moldovan citizens will be able to receive specialized medical assistance and will have access to a wider spectrum of endoscopic cardiac procedures”, IOM Moldova said in a press release.
The donation is estimated at $16,000.
