The Government approved a series of amendments and supplements to legal acts in order to make these compliant with the Law on the Status of Chisinau Municipality. Under the made changes, the mayor general of Chisinau municipality will have the right to form his own staff, IPN reports.

The jobs of head and deputy head of district in Chisinau municipality become public service posts. The salary of district head will be of 7,700 lei, while of deputy district head 6,900 lei.
