Mayor Chirtoaca shares his birthday bouquets

At the end of Monday's regular City Hall meeting, Chisinau Mayor Dorin Chirtoaca shared his birthday bouquets with the ladies attending the event. “I want to share with you the joy I had two days ago”, was the closing line of the meeting, after which the mayor, manifestly moved, proceeded to gift flowers around, Info-Prim Neo reports. White and red roses, gladioli and other kinds of flowers spread over the siting hall. This time no one was rushing to leave work. The surprise was meant especially for the ladies attending, so their day started with pleasant moments.
