Receiving an ID card, a driver’s license or vehicle registration card could take as much as up to three months, under a resolution issued by the National Commission for Emergencies.
The resolution instructs the Public Services Agency to issue applicants with provisional documents having the same legal power. They will be valid for a maximum of six months and will automatically expire when the permanent document is issued.
