A mass of earth fell over a man who worked at a building site on Moara Rosie St in Chisinau in the afternoon of October 31. The man aged 28 was saved owing to the prompt intervention of rescuers, IPN reports.
According to the Civil Protection and Emergencies Service, the person was fully buried under earth. The rescuers took measures to stabilize the area and then took the person out, who was conscious. The operation lasted for about 25 minutes.
The man was taken by an ambulance to the hospital for being provided medical care.
