Moldova’s Marin Robu became junior weightlifting world vice champion in the 73 kg weight class, IPN reports.
He ranked first in snatch with the result of 147 kg and third in clean and jerk with 173 kg. With a total of 320 kg, Marin Robu took the second spot in the final rankings.
Moldova’s Tudor Ciobanu is to yet compete in the 96 kg class in the competition held in Suva of the Republic of Fiji.
