Marian Lupu issues decree to name Oleg Efrim as Justice Minister

Moldova's Acting President Marian Lupu signed the decree on the appointment of Oleg Efrim as Minister of Justice, Info-Prim Neo reports. By another presidential decree, Alexandru Tanase was dismissed from the post of Minister of Justice following his appointment as judge at the Constitutional Court. Until recently, Oleg Efrim held the post of Deputy Minister of Justice in both of the Filat Governments.
