The relatives, friends and all those who loved and admired the Prima Donna of the National Opera Maria Biesu will be able to bid farewell to her on Saturday, May 19, the soprano’s sister Valentina has told Info-Prim Neo. The close relatives will be near the artist at Saint Nicolae Church on Friday evening. On Saturday, the coffin will be taken to the National Opera House. Maria Biesu will be buried at the Central Cemetery located on Armeneasca St in Chisinau. On August 3 this year, Maria Biesu would have turned 77.
