Mandatory civil liability form for damage caused by vehicles approved

The National Commission on Financial Market at its last meeting approved the common mandatory civil liability form for damage caused by motor vehicles. The decision applies to the documents related to national motor civil liability insurance and foreign motor civil liability insurance (Green Card). The common form for legalizing the compulsory motor civil liability insurance (insurance applications, insurance contracts and policies) are intended to enhance the observance of the legislation in the area and to keep under control the insurance process. At the same time, the given documents will serve as sources for accumulating data for calculating the basic premium and the rectification coefficients for mandatory civil liability insurance, a communiqué from the Commission says. The mentioned documents will come into force after published in the Official Gazette of Moldova. They are available on the Commission’s website – www.cnpf.md, the Normative Base/Recent Modifications column.
