The monthly pays of managers of state-owned companies, enterprises in which the state owns major holdings and monopolist companies that work on the basis of regulated tariffs and prices will represent 4-8 minimum salaries paid in the real sector (the minimum guaranteed monthly salary in the real sector is now 1,100 lei), Info-Prim Neo reports.
Under a Government Decision, the salaries of managers of state-run companies will not be higher than the pays of ministers. The bonus for efficiency and intense work will not exceed 50% of the salary.
Minister of Labor, Social Protection and Family Valentina Buliga said that the managers of the mentioned companies received a monthly salary of up to 47,000 lei, but now it will be lower than 24,000 lei. Only those who will prove that their companies make profit will be paid such a salary.
The ministries, as founders of these companies, will annually approve the percentage quota of the financial resources that can be earmarked for salaries from the incomes coming from the works performed and services provided by the given companies.
