A man aged 24 from the municipality of Balti will be tried for traffic of influence. He promised an applicant for a driver’s license that he will help him pass the driving test in exchange for €250, IPN reports.
The culprit was caught in the act of taking €100, which was the second tranche of the requested sum.
According to a communiqué from the Prosecutor General’s Office, the criminal case was sent to court. The culprit faces a fine of up to 60,000 lei or up to five years’ imprisonment for traffic of influence.
