The Prosecutor General’s Office (PGO) completed the investigation and sent to court the criminal case started against a young man who is suspected of throwing three Molotov cocktails at the house of the head of Causeni district two month ago, IPN reports.
According to the PGO, the offender aged 20 is from Causeni district. He is accused of intention to kill or cause serious bodily injuries and attempt to deliberately destroy the property of another person by fire.
The incident happened on September 11, when the offender, together with another two accomplices, threw three Molotov cocktails at the house of the head of Causeni district. Fortunately, only one of the bottles started to burn and the fire was noticed and put out immediately by the house owners.
The two accomplices were put on the wanted list, arrest warrants being issued against them.
