A man, 39, died last night after being fatally shot in the stomach and chest in Riscani town.
A police spokesperson told IPN that the man was at a local bar with a friend when two other men, 26 and 28, approached them. In the ensuing fight the 28-year-old took out a gun and shot thrice at the 39-year-old, after which the shooter and his friend fled.
Shortly after, the friend was arrested for 72 hours, while the shooter is still on the run.
