An unidentified man was admitted into the reanimatology section of the Emergency Hospital after he received serious injuries in a traffic accident, Info-Prim Neo reports. According to the Chisinau Emergency Hospital, the accident happened on Vasile Lupu St near the Embassy of Ukraine on Wednesday afternoon.
The man in his 50s was struck by a minibus running on route. He suffered contusions, open fracture of many ribs and brain injury.
An 80-year-old woman sustained injuries when the trolleybus she was traveling on stopped suddenly. She was taken to the Emergency Hospital with a cranial-cerebral trauma and a concussion.
