Man kills friend in drunken argument

A 36 year-old-man from Sangerei killed his friend after the latter had drunk a glass of wine without him. The perpetrator was sentenced to 9 years in jail, Info-Prim Neo reports. According to the prosecutors, the man visited his friend in the morning and brought some wine. After a few glasses, he went out a little. When he returned, he noticed his friend had drunk a glass of wine in his absence. Infuriated, the man attacked his unfortunate host. The victim was hospitalized with severe wounds and died a few days later. Court’s ruling can be appealed.
