Man killed in road accident near Trebisauti village

A traffic accident that happened near Trebisauti village of Briceni dusrrict on May 31 resulted in the death of a 50-year-old man, Info-Prim Neo reports, quoting the Traffic Police Division. The man was traveling in a car as a passenger. The car skidded on the wet road and crashed into a tree. The man died in the Briceni district hospital. A car driven by a man aged 25 struck two pedestrians aged 19 and 20 in Pervomaisk village of Causeni district. One of the pedestrians entered into a coma, while the other one suffered a concussion. A 20-year-old man was struck by a car in Raspopeni village of Soldanesti district. He was taken to the hospital with multiple injuries. Yesterday and last night, the traffic police identified 35 inebriated drivers, 48 drivers traveling unbuckled and 109 speeding drivers.
