Man killed in car crash

A Mercedes skidded on the wet road and went straight into a tree on Thursday morning. The accident happened in Cahul district, on the road going to the Oancea customs post, Info-Prim Neo reports. According to the Traffic Police Division, the car was driven by a man aged 30. The driver was seriously injured and died in the hospital shortly after hospitalized. There were no other persons in the car. The 53 accidents that happened on the national roads this year so far resulted in four deaths and 79 persons hurt.
