A man from Cimislia district was sentenced to 15 years in closed-type penitentiary for repeatedly violating his sister-in-law aged 11 in 2010-2013, IPN reports.
According to the press service of the Prosecutor General’s Office, at the end of last year the girl told a teacher about the sexual abuse to which she was subject. The teacher informed the police. Afterward, the Cimislia Prosecutor’s Office established that the girl had been raped by her brother-in-law when his wife wasn’t at home starting with 2010.
The culprit aged 25 didn’t admit his guilt. The sentence is not yet definitive.
