Man found dead in metal container in Chisinau

A homeless man in his 30s was discovered dead in a metal container located on the Chisinau street Ialoveni. Another two homeless men aged 55 and 56 were hospitalized with hypothermia, Info-Prim Neo reports, quoting the Chisinau Ambulance Service. The same day, a minor was taken to the hospital with injuries that he received when boys of the same age beat him in a park in Chisinau’s Botanica district. Chisinau Ambulance Service managing doctor Evelina Rusu said the 16-year-old boy was admitted to Valentin Ignatenco Hospital with a cranial-cerebral trauma, a concussion, fractures of the nasal bones and the mandible. An investigation is underway. An unidentified pedestrian of about 50 was struck by a trolleybus running on route No. 1 on Muncesti St. The man suffered a cranical-cerebral trauma, a concussion and went into a first-degree coma. The Chisinau ambulance teams on December 1 dealt with 642 emergencies, including 60 cases of acute viral infection, 68 cases of trauma, five strokes and 21 deliveries.
