Man found dead in Chisinau hotel room

A 35-year-old man was discovered dead in a hotel room in Chisinau on Wednesday, January 12, General Police Commissariat spokesman Adrian Jovmir has told Info-Prim Neo. According to the preliminary investigations, the man died from a drugs overdose. The hotels’ personnel found the body at 12 noon. The man had a syringe and a bottle of alcohol in his hands. The room was closed from inside so that the door was forced. The man is native of the municipality of Chisinau. He stopped at the hotel on Monday evening. The cause of death is to be established. The police are investigating the case.
