A man in his 40s was found dead on the territory of the exhibitions center “Moldexpo” in Chisinau on March 19. The police were alerted by a guard. Press officer of the Chisinau Police Division Natalia Stati has told IPN that the identity of the man was discovered. This is form Chisinau. No signs of violent death were found on the man’s body. The cause of death will be found out by medical examiners. The police took legal action.
Also, the National Pre-Hospital Emergency Medical Assistance Center said a man in an unconscious state was found on the bank of the Nistru River. When on the spot, the doctors established that the man suffered hypothermia and frostbite. The man was taken to the Soroca District Hospital.
When it is cold, it is recommended wearing sufficiently loose clothes so as to move the fingers, especially when one suffers from diabetes and circulatory system diseases. The head and hand should be protected from cold. Consequently, the intake of calories should be increased and cold beverages should be drunk, avoiding alcoholic drinks.
