Man electrocuted to death

A 32-year-old man died after electrocuted on a building site in Chisinau on Friday.
Doctor coordinator at the Chisinau Emergency Hospital Silvia Babara has told Info-Prim Neo that the man was from Puhoi village of Anenii-Noi district. He worked on a private building located on Ciocarliei St in Telecentru microarea. He touched a cable carrying electricity and was electrocuted.
Witnesses wanted to take him to the hospital in a car, but realized he was not breathing and called an ambulance. The ambulance doctors stated his death and transported him to the morgue.
On the same day, a woman aged 39 cut her veins on the left forearm while in a state of stress. She was rushed to the Emergency Hospital and given first aid.
A 76-year-old man went out for a walk near his house and died unexpectedly.
Yesterday and last night, the ambulance doctors responded to 688 calls, dealing with 68 cases of trauma, 84 cases of acute viral infection, 6 vascular accidents and 20 births.
