A man aged 45 died on the way to the hospital after he suffered injuries in a road accident that occurred in the municipality of Bălți in the morning of September 17.
Contacted by IPN, Eugenia Molcheanov, press officer of the Bălți Police Inspectorate, said the 45-year-old man from Fălești town changed lanes and collided head-on with a car driven by a man aged 37 from Chișinău. The second man was admitted to the Bălți Municipla Hospital and he is now out of danger. There were no passengers in the vehicles.
A police investigation is under way.
