Man could remain impotent after shot from air rifle

A 20-year-old man was shot in the leg and groin from an airgun last night. The incident happened on Chisinau’s Decebal Blvd. at about 2am. Chisinau Ambulance Service coordinating doctor Eufalia Negreata has told Info-Prim Neo that the young man may remain impotent. The police opened an investigation. The person who shot has not been yet identified. The same night, several girls attacked a girl of 17, who was taken to Valentin Ignatenko Hospital with injuries. A man aged 64 cut his veins and neck in order to kill himself, but was discovered on time and rushed to the hospital. Yesterday and last night, the Chisinau ambulance teams responded to 707 calls and dealt with 71 cases of acute viral infection, 60 cases of trauma, six strokes, three heart attacks, 25 deliveries and other emergencies.
