Man allegedly commits robbery hours after getting out of prison

A Straseni man is accused of committing a robbery very same day he got out of prison. According to prosecutors, the 26-year-old suspect broke into an old man’s house in the tow, Info-Prim Neo reports. The Prosecutor General’s Office said in a press release that the man threatened the victim with a knife and demanded money. The old man gave him 1000 lei which were his pension savings. The Straseni Prosecutor’s Office informs that the suspect had been previously sentenced thrice for robbery. If he is found guilty again, he risks 6 more years in jail.
