One of the most exciting maib projects, the internship program, reopens its doors to students for the third edition. The program is a unique opportunity for students eager to develop their skills and knowledge in the banking sector and be part of a team of dedicated professionals.

More than 80 candidates applied for this edition of the program, and after a rigorous selection process, 20 students were chosen to be part of the maib team for the next 6 months, with the prospect of future employment.

In the upcoming period, maib interns will have the opportunity to learn from the best professionals in the field, participate in exciting projects, discover agile wow and contribute to developing innovative solutions.

Svetlana Bodaci, HR Director maib:

"Investing in young people and their professional growth at home in the Republic of Moldova is one of maib's priorities. Through this program, we want to create the best conditions for young people to learn from top professionals and, at the end of the program, have the option to join the maib team. I encourage them to be curious, ask questions, and make the most of this opportunity. I am sure that this edition will also transform young people's career vision and contribute to their professional growth”.

The internship program represents maib's strong commitment to invest in the future of young people in the Republic of Moldova, develop quality human resources in the banking sector, and provide a stimulating work environment full of opportunities for personal and professional growth.

We are proud that out of the two previous editions in which 32 students participated, 17 have chosen to develop their careers to the next level in the maib team.

We congratulate the participants in the third internship edition and wish them a wow experience and outstanding achievements.
