Maia Sandu will travel to Bucharest on July 2, on the invitation of Romania’s President Klaus Iohannis, for her first official visit as prime minister. On July 4, she will fly from there to Brussels.
Sandu posted to Facebook that the invitation was made in a telephone conversation with President Iohannis, during which the “need to make headway with the Moldova-Romania joint projects” was also discussed.
According to Maia Sandu, President Iohannis also assured Moldova of his support on our country’s European integration course.
