The MPs of the group of the European Action Movement (MAE) will not vote in favor of the bills discussed in Parliament in protest. Veaceslav Untila and Iurie Colesnic got angry with their colleagues from the Alliance for European Integration (AEI) because the bill to increase pensions and salaries proposed by the MAE was not included in the agenda of the September 17 sitting either, Info-Prim Neo reports. In the sitting, Veaceslav Untila presented about 200,000 signatures in support of the project that had been collected by the MAE. He said the bill was submitted to the Parliament's Standing Bureau on May 24, but it has not been yet examined by the relevant parliamentary commission. In this connection, Democrat lawmaker Dumitru Diacov said the parliamentary groups become too 'generous' at the end of the mandate. “We must thoroughly examine the budget. We all want the pensions and salaries to be raised. The next days, we will meet with representatives of the Government and then will formulate a joint proposal. A relevant bill could be submitted to Parliament next week,” said the president of honor of the Democratic Party.
