Lump-sum allowances for building or buying dwellings to start being distributed

The recipients of lump-sum allowances for building or purchasing dwellings or repairing the old houses, who on January 1, 2010 had letters of guarantee obtained in 2005-2008, will soon receive the given money, Info-Prim Neo reports. Under a Government Decision taken on August 17, the Ministry of Finance will allocate from the budget 15.55 million lei to the local public authorities of 22 districts for distribution. There will be also allocated 124,000 lei for covering the costs of distributing the money. As many as 490 persons obtained letters of guarantee in 2005-2008. A sum of 45 million lei was earmarked in the 2011 state budget for the purpose. Of them, 23.2 million lei was distributed.
