The Supreme Council of Magistrates decided to put forward judge Luiza Gafton for the post of president of the Botanica District Court. The candidate is to be accepted by President Nicolae Timofti, IPN reports.
The Council also suggested judge Angela Braga for the post of judge of the Botanica District Court. She is to be confirmed by the head of state.
