Low voter turnout in Chisinau

The lowest turnout of voters by 11.00 was reported in the municipality of Chisinau – 8.3% of the persons eligible to vote, Info-Prim Neo reports. The turnout in the districts of Donduseni, Rezina and Basarabeasca remained high - 17.8%, 17.4% and, respectively, 14.0%. The participation rate in Floresti, Soroca and Edinet districts was very low at 9.45, but by 11.00 it reached 10% and over. According to the information provided by the Central Election Commission, 10.8% or about 29,000 of the voters in Moldova cast their ballots by 11.00
