The local houses of social insurance will not issue paper certificates for being presented to deferent state institutions as of December 1, IPN reports. In a press release, the National House of Social Insurance says the public authorities can obtain the necessary information by accessing data obtained by the CNAS with the assistance of the Electronic Governance Agency. The applicant institutions will interact on a common data exchange technological platform – MConnect.

The accessing of the necessary data through this system reduces the administrative burden on the citizens and helps to swifter solve their problems by ensuring more efficient communication between the authorities and its beneficiaries. The citizens will offer the public authorities personal data only once, while the public institutions will use these data for providing public services.

The applicants will be able to further obtain certificates from the CNAS or its local subdivisions for presenting them outside the country.
