On Friday, August 10, a new sculpture will be inaugurated in the capital’s Valea Morilor Park – a bronze statue of the Little Prince. The sculptor is Chișinău’s Igor Uduslivîi, IPN reports.
A social network post tells that the sculpture is 11 centimeters tall. It will be installed on a segment of the Valea Morilor park fence. The replacement for the previously-lost decorative ball will be “asteroid B 612 and its inhabitant – the Little Prince.”
The monument will be easy to spot from Gheorghe Alexandrescu Street, immediately after the bridge, while descending through the pedestrian route along the lake. The Little Prince will be installed on the 23rd ball, counting away from the bridge.
The event will commence at 18:30.
