List of Romanian MEPs who will enter European Parliament

Following the June 6-9 elections, 33 Romanians will reach the European Parliament. According to preliminary data from the Central Election Bureau of Romania, the Social Democratic Party (PSD) and the National Liberal Party (PNL) won together a majority of seats, 19 in number. The PSD-PNL Alliance is followed the Alliance for the Union of Romanians (AUR) and other political parties. Nicolae Bogdanel Ștefănuță, who ran as an independent, also won a seat of MEP, IPN reports.

The European Parliament consists of 720 MEPs elected for a five-year period by direct universal suffrage, with a minimum of five and, respectively, a maximum of 99 MEPs for each member state.
