The list of goods that cannot be brought into Moldova as humanitarian aid was updated by a Government decision on Wednesday. Used shoes and toys, except for soft used toys, were struck off the list.
Under the adjustments, it will be banned taking motor vehicles older than seven years into the country as humanitarian aid, except for vehicles used for medical purposes, to transport persons with locomotor disabilities, to extinguish fires, to clean the streets, to spread materials and to take away waste.
By the same draft decision, the nominal composition of the interdepartmental commission for humanitarian assistance was updated. This was necessary due to a number of changes made in the names and structure of ministries and other institutions whose representatives form part of the commission and in names of posts of commission members.
