The list of categories of foreign citizens, among whom are the Moldovans, who can enter the Russian Federation was prolonged, IPN reports, quoting Moldova’s Embassy in Moscow, which makes reference to the Russian Government’s order of May 18.
This way, the foreigners who have close relatives, such as husbands, wives, parents, children, brothers and sisters, grandparents, grandchildren, persons under guardianship who have Russian nationality, can enter Russia based on a document showing the ties of kindred or proving guardianship. The rule is also valid in case of the death of a close relative with Russian nationality.
The foreign citizens who study at higher and vocational education institutions can enter Russia on condition the list of students is transmitted by the education institution beforehand to the specialized portal (state services portal of Russia) for obtaining an entry permit.
