The secretary general of the Government Liliana Iaconi tendered her resignation. She will vacate her post on July 22. The resignation was accepted by the Government on July 14, IPN reports.
In the same meeting, the Government approved the appointment of Victor Haruța as Moldova’s Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to the United Arab Emirates and, simultaneously, to Bahrain, with residence in Abu Dhabi.
The resignation from the post of director general of the Investment Agency as from July 30, tendered by Rodica Verbeniuc, was also accepted. Until a new director is named, the post will be held on an interim basis by the Agency’s vice director general Ion Iordache.
