Parliament accepted the resignation tendered by Democratic MP Efrosinia Gretu, IPN reports.
In her speech in Parliament, Efrosinia Gretu said that she decided to renounce the seat so as to be able to concentrate more on the post of head of Leova district. She thanked the lawmakers and wished them success on the path of European integration.
Corneliu Padnevici comes next on the list of substitute candidates of the Democratic Party. He works as the administrator of the Chisinau hotel Codru.
