Law regulating entrepreneurial activity by authorization takes effect in a month

The law that regulates the entrepreneurial activity by authorization will come into force in a month. It specifies all the types of licenses, permits and authorizations, the issuing authorities, the period of validity and the price of these documents, Info-Prim Neo reports. “The law regulates the procedure for extending the given documents and issuing duplicates, for suspending and withdrawing them and sets the taxes paid on them,” said Lilia Palii, head of the Economy Ministry’s General Division for Business Environment Development. She reminded that the 400 licenses, permits and authorizations issued by 55 authorities were reviewed within the regulatory reform (guillotine 2+) last year. Of them, 38 were removed. Within the next stage of the reform, there will be assessed the taxes for issuing such documents. The law on the implementation of the one-stop office in the entrepreneurial activity will also take effect. It lays down clear rules as regards the mechanisms for providing information and standards documents at one-stop offices. Currently, such offices are used at the State Registration Chamber, the Licensing Chamber and the State Main Tax Inspectorate and are to be created within the State Ecological Inspectorate.
