The public servants who retire at the required age or earlier or will stop work for other reasons will benefit from a lump sum of 15% of the salary, determined according to the pay grades, for every complete year of work in the public service, Info-Prim Neo reports, quoting a bill approved by the Government. The allowance will be given based on the written application of the public servant, submitted before the mentioned situations occur. The new salaries of public servants include all the bonuses and increments they received earlier, except the bonus for qualification degree. If the lump sum of 50% of the salary for the years of work in the public service is kept, the paid sums will increase disproportionately, says the note to the bill.
