Land auctioning organizer in Chisinau established

The company Capital-imobil will hold the land selling auctions hired by the Chisinau Municipal Council (CMC) for a year term. The auction operator was picked up on Saturday, October 11, by a special commission, Info-Prim Neo reports. 4 companies bid for the contest: Capital-imobil, Lara Real Estate Bourse, MTD and Linecom Investments. Capital-imobil got most of the points of the commission members. The company offered to withhold 2.5% from the profits to be gained in auctions. The contract between the CMC Capital-imobil is valid during one year. The CMC is entitled to cancel the contract, in case it is unhappy with the way the auction will be held in. The CMC will start selling land in Chisinau after a break of almost 2 years. 13 ha of land in Chisinau are ready to go sale right now.
